Call for expression of interest
The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in Montenegro, within the framework of the Multi-Donor Action “EU Support to Strengthen the Fight against Migrant Smuggling and Trafficking in Human Beings in the Western Balkans”, jointly co-financed by the European Union (EU), the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), the Italian Ministry of Interior (IT MoI) and the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs (NL MFA) and implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, CIVIPOL, IT MoI and NL MFA, plans to conduct a procedure for selecting the most favourable bidder for the procurement of IT equipment and licences for the needs of Montenegrin Police.
In this regard, it addresses all interested and authorized companies for the sale of IT equipment and IT licences in Montenegro who can provide:
i2 Analyst's Notebook 1-year licences – 3 pcs
iBase trial licences – 3 pcs
Desktop PC – 10 pcs
Monitor – 10 pcs
Laptop - 3 pcs
Keyboard -10 pcs
Mouse - 10 pcs
Companies must fulfil following eligibility criteria to be shortlisted:
- Company names
- Address and headquarters of the company
- Certified decision on company registration
- Registration and tax number
- Annual turnover evidence (appropriate financial statements) minimum 30.000 EUR nett on average (per year) in the last three financial years.
- Number of company employees (2 min. required) – proof from tax authority
- Minimum 2 reference projects related to the procurement concerned

Only selected companies will be contacted after the evaluation of the received letters of expression of interest and invited to participate in the procedure and submit a financial offer.

To meet the submission deadline, the letter of expression of interest with accompanying documentation must be received by the specified e-mail address by 10.07.2025.
