Call for expression of interest

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro, plans to conduct a procedure for selecting the most favourable bidder for the procurement of office furniture for its new office premises in Podgorica, Montenegro. In this regard, it addresses all interested and authorized companies for the sale of office furniture in Montenegro.

Companies must fulfil following eligibility criteria to be shortlisted:

A. Expression of Interest documentation:

  1. Company names
  2. Address and headquarters of the company
  3. Certified decision on company registration
  4. Registration and tax number
  5. Annual turnover evidence (appropriate financial statements (bilans uspjeha)) minimum 25.000 EUR nett on average (per year) in the last three financial years.
  6. Number of company employees (5 min. required) – proof from tax authority
  7. Minimum 2 reference projects related to the procurement concerned

B. Financial offer

  1. per unit, and
  2. Total financial offer, with prices stated both excluding and including VAT
  3. The financial offer will only be valid if all items are covered as specified.

Note:

  • The price must include delivery costs to Podgorica;
  • Advance payment is possible only upon submission of a valid bank guarantee.
  • Delivery deadline: April 2026 (detailed instructions are in the Specification).

If the companies meet the requirements and submit the documentation as requested in the Letter of Expression of Interest, the financial offers will be opened accordingly.

To meet the submission deadline, the letter of expression of interest with accompanying documentation and financial offer must be received by the specified e-mail address by 19.03.2026.
