Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in Bosnia and Herzegovina plans to carry out the procedure of selecting a service provider for the needs of the project: “EU4Digital - an accelerated digital transition for the Western Balkans”. The tender in question relates to:
Contractor (Company/Firm) registered in Montenegro to support the process of assessing and aligning the regulatory framework with the relevant EU Regulation 2020/1056 in Montenegro, Albania and Kosovo.
In this purpose, GIZ addresses legal entities (companies) to express their interest in mentioned services.
Implemented by GIZ, the project “EU4Digital - an accelerated digital transition for the Western Balkans”, co-funded by the European Commission and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), aims to accelerate digital transformation across the Western Balkans (WB6) by enhancing digital infrastructure, improving cross-border digital services, and supporting businesses in their digital transition.
Within its Pillar 3, the Project shall support the introduction of an electronic Freight Transportation Information System (eFTI) in the Western Balkan economies.
The Contractor will be expected to support the process of assessing and aligning the regulatory framework with the relevant EU Regulation 2020/1056 in Montenegro, Albania and Kosovo.
Companies registered in Montenegro who are interested in submitting an offer are asked to provide the following documentation only:
- Company registration in Montenegro
- Declaration in case of tender consortium
- Self-declaration of eligibility on request to be filled out
- Declaration of integrity on request to be signed
- Annual turnover evidence (bilans stanja) minimum 89.750 EUR net on average (per year) in the last three financial years
- Number of company employees (min. 5 required) - proof from tax authority
- At least 4 reference projects with a minimum value of 10.000 EUR in the field of transport/digitalisation and at least 4 reference projects in Europe in the last 3 years.
Note: in case of bidder’s consortium, one of the members must have minimum number of reference projects, while other requirements can be fulfilled by combining resources.
