The tender in question relates to:
National expert to provide capacity development for better implementation of the national agendas for EU Integration focusing on two candidate countries (Republic of Moldova, Ukraine)
And for this purpose, addresses natural persons (individual experts) to express their interest in mentioned services.
The main goal of the project is modernize the public administration. The Eastern Partnership countries in line with EU standards through regional cooperation. The project’s EU Integration Support component aims to strengthen the capacity of Georgia, Ukraine and Moldova to implement the national agendas for EU integration has been strengthened.
The given action will support GIZ PAR political partners from Moldova and Ukraine on the EU-Enlargement Process and in their efforts to join the European Union (EU). By facilitating the enlargement process, the initiative aims to strengthen political, economic, and social ties between these EaP countries and EU especially in the context of two countries focusing on:
General information on the EU-Enlargement Process
Specific information on the Legal Approximation Process (EU Acquis)
Role and Function of the different government bodies within the process

List of reference projects– minimum requirement:
3 projects/engagements (out of which, minimum 2 in EaP and Western Balkan Countries)
in the domain of EU Enlargement and negotiations process, good governance reforms, strategic planning and communications with EU institutions, programming, monitoring and evaluation of EU funds, including capacity development for better implementation of the national agendas for EU Integration
in the past 10 years

The technical assessment will be based only on reference projects that meet the minimum contract value of 10,000 EUR.
