- 30 ml chilled vodka
Method:
- Place the sorbet in a mixing bowl and gently whisk until it softens.

Serve immediately in chilled glasses, garnished with a mint sprig or a twist of lemon zest.
Homemade Lemon sorbet
Ingredients:
- 250 ml fresh lemon juice (about 5–6 lemons)
- 250 ml water
- 200 g sugar
- Zest of 1 lemon (optional)
Method:
- Heat the water and sugar in a saucepan until the sugar dissolves completely. Let the syrup cool.
- Stir in the lemon juice and zest.
- Pour into a shallow container and freeze.
- Every 30–40 minutes, stir with a fork to break up ice crystals. Continue until smooth and fluffy (about 3–4 hours)
Tip: For a non-alcoholic version, simply replace the prosecco and vodka with chilled sparkling water – you’ll still enjoy the refreshing citrus flavour, perfect for daytime indulgence.
