Delicate, crispy tartlet filled with fresh cheese from northern Montenegro, finished with local honey infused with lavender and thyme, and topped with toasted walnuts

● Black Risotto Arancini

● Raštan Sarma
An exquisite take on sarma, featuring the traditional Montenegrin cabbage leaf ‘raštan’, stuffed with salmon and prawns, served with a rich bisque and a delicate lemongrass sauce

Grilled beef fillet served with Kajmak sauce, crispy layered potatoes and a smoked beef jus. Rich, comforting and full of character — just like Montenegro itself

For over 40 years, three generations of the Keković family have been carefully preserving the tradition of producing high-quality wines. The company’s history began in 1979 with the planting of the first Vranac vines. Later, the vineyards expanded, and the range of varieties was complemented by Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Today, the vineyards are located in three areas: Novo Selo, Piperi and Beri, each of which has a unique microclimate and contributes to the wines’ rich aromatic notes.

The Knežević estate, where Monte Grande wines are produced, is situated in the heart of the Skadar Lake wine region, at an ideal altitude with mineral-rich soil. In the sun-drenched vineyards, several generations of the Knežević family have been cultivating the local grape variety – Vranac, as well as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Chardonnay, passing on winemaking traditions from generation to generation.
Monte Grande wines reflect the precision, depth and terroir of the Zeta Plain. They are produced in limited batches, often aged in high-quality oak barrels, with the aim of offering an authentic Montenegrin experience in every bottle.

The Kašćelan family strives to improve the production of quality wines using indigenous grape varieties that grow in Montenegro. The Storia di Pietra winery produces red, rosé and white wines from grape varieties such as Vranac, Chardonnay, Malvasia, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon.

The Raznatović family winery owns several vineyards in Montenegro. The vineyard in Bijelopavlići, stretching along the banks of the Zeta River, is situated in a sunny spot with sandy, humus-rich soil, offering ideal conditions for growing Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat, Riesling and Marselan.
Meanwhile, the vineyard on Skadar Lake, characterised by its red limestone soil, is ideal for Vranac, Kratosija and Shiraka.

The Rajković Winery, situated in the picturesque village of Ubli, overlooking the valley of Skadar Lake, is a family estate with a history stretching back centuries. At the heart of the estate stands a restored 19th-century house.
The vineyard is situated at an altitude of 455 metres above sea level. The vines are grown using the pergola method, inherited from their ancestors, and are influenced by both the Adriatic and continental climates. The authenticity of the terroir, the diversity of grape varieties and the carefully crafted winemaking process make Rajković wines a unique expression of the region.

The Milović family’s vineyards and winery are located in the sunniest town on the Montenegrin coast, Ulcinj: over 18,000 vines, olive groves and mandarin trees. The vineyards, situated on the shores of the Adriatic Sea, benefit from a unique Mediterranean microclimate, creating excellent conditions for growing high-quality grapes.
Among the most famous grape varieties produced in this region are the following: Vranac, Žižak, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Kratosija – an ancient Montenegrin grape variety, also grown in the Milović winery’s vineyards.

The Kopitović Winery is situated in the village of Donji Brčeli, 7 km from Virpazar, on Skadar Lake. This family-run winery, with a winemaking tradition stretching back over 500 years, specialises in producing red wines from indigenous Montenegrin grape varieties.
The Kopitović family has been involved in viticulture since the 15th century, and their vineyard currently covers 1.5 hectares. Situated at an ideal altitude of 300 metres, the estate benefits from a favourable climate and abundant sunshine, creating ideal conditions for growing grapes. The estate features a 300-year-old cellar, traditionally used for wine production and storage.
