Nikola Vesić has over 20 years’ international experience in fine dining and luxury hospitality. Throughout his career, he has worked in major gastronomic capitals that set global restaurant trends such as London, Moscow and Dubai, as well as along the Adriatic coast. His professional background combines European classics with contemporary culinary trends, with a particular focus on Mediterranean cuisine.
From 1st of April, Nikola is launching a new Spring Menu featuring the freshest seasonal ingredients, seafood and local specialties, as well as an extensive wine list and spring cocktails. Our special recommendation is Tournedos Rossini - premium beef, roasted to perfection and served on brioche with delicate creamy foie gras. For vegetarians and those observing Lent, we recommend our Сauliflower, baked to bring out its natural sweetness and tenderness, served with a Chimichurri sauce, almonds and a subtle hint of truffle, which lends the dish an irresistible earthy aroma. Sweet tooths should try our signature dessert, ‘Pearl’ – a velvety cheesecake infused with the delicate sweetness of local peaches, elegantly served in a shell-shaped plate, evoking the beauty of the Adriatic.
Easter brunches are scheduled for April 5th and 12th, providing the perfect opportunity to spend time with your family. Take a stroll through the beautiful Milocer Spring Park, along the coastal path leading to the island of Sveti Stefan, and enjoy a relaxing break on the terrace of Muse Restaurant & Bar, with its breathtaking views and superb cuisine. The Executive Chef will create a special 4-course Easter Menu, which will be available from 12:00 to 16:00 on both Catholic and Orthodox Easter.
